Matthews Mill is to be a community of 90 affordable homes.  Matthews Mill is located in a suburban/rural area of East Tennessee.

The 30-acre tract is within one mile of a major highway, public water is available nearby and an on-site sewage disposal system has been designed for sewer service.

An equity investor is needed for the project.
