The Bond Organization has completed the site design and preliminary architecture for a planned community in East Tennessee. The community is within one mile of a major interstate highway and is sited on a dramatic hillside in a rapidly growing, up-scaled community. The desire is to identify an investor to buy-out the existing property owner, and develop the project as a mixed-use commercial and residential community.

Architecture and planning are more than a two-dimensional exercise in geometry, they involve the  third dimension - and time.
