About the Architect….

 

Jerry Bond is a registered architect and urban planner with over 30 years of experience in design, construction and project management for the real estate industry.

 

Mr. Bond is best at planned communities and mixed use developments which require the services of an architect with a thorough understanding of the business aspects of real estate development.

 

Typical projects include; the full range of residential design and development, retirement communities, medical and health care facilities, and shopping centers.  As a pilot and plane owner, Mr. Bond is also active in the design of residential airparks and hangar homes.

Architecture and urban planning require a thorough understanding of not only the disciplines of architecture and planning, but the public decision-making process, finance, real estate sales and marketing, engineering and the many other related disciplines.  It is rare that one individual or company possesses all of the talents and skills necessary to make a given project possible.  However, as a participant in the team approach, much is possible.
