Cuidad Piemiento

Cuidad Pimiento, or Pepper City, is a research project being conducted in East Tennessee for the purpose of investigating the potential of jalapeno pepper growing as an alternative to tobacco.    Cuidad Piemiento is also an investigation into the social, business and community relationships between the farmers of East Tennessee and their South American counterparts.
